In early 2012, WHNS management decided to launch the station’s first 11pm newscast. Ben Blanton was tapped to develop the show. Over the first six months under Ben's guidance, the newscast quickly gained traction, becoming a staple for WHNS viewers, and a top choice for late news in Greenville, SC.
